How to Make Fish Chowder


Step 1

First, squeeze the butter into a large pan. Add thi choppe onion and fry until gold brown. Then add in the mashed potatoes and enough water. Add the fish fillets and let it simmer for 15 minutes.


Step 2

After 15 minutes, the potatoes should be soft and the fish fillets should be evenly cooked. Using a spatula or fork, break the fish particles into pieces. To this, add milk, salt, thyme and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.


Step 3

When done, fold it into a serving dish and serve with a bun or a slice of bread.
